Mike Fulton
President
Mike is the founder and President of Fulton providing leadership and strategic direction across the platform of companies including investment, development and construction. Mike has almost two decades of multifamily real estate experience over which time he has built an enduring reputation for honor and excellence. He has been directly involved in over $1 billion of multifamily real estate transactions across the country and takes pride in the long-lasting relationships and communities he has developed.
Prior to founding Fulton in 2010, Mike was a partner at Embrey Partners where he developed communities in Texas and Colorado. He has been part of the corporate finance teams of two publicly traded companies and started his career in New York City in the Structured Finance Group of Arthur Andersen where he consulted investment banks on the issuance of commercial mortgage backed securities.
Mike lives in San Antonio with his wife Jaimee and their three children. Mike graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech with a BBA in Finance. Mike, in various capacities, serves for a number of civic and non-profit organizations including as a Board Member for the Alamo Area Council of Boy Scouts of America and as a Committee Member for Young Life. He is past Chairman of the Urban Land Institute San Antonio District Council, a member of the ULI Multifamily Council and a member of the National Multi Housing Council.
Rick Holland
Vice President - Investments
Rick joined Fulton in 2011 and leads the company’s acquisition and disposition activities. His primary focus is sourcing and financing investment and development opportunities. Rick has participated in transactions with a total value exceeding $700 million. Prior to joining Fulton Property Group, Rick had experience in asset management, commercial and retail leasing, and investment sales. Rick earned his MBA from The University of Florida and his BBA in Finance from Texas State University. Rick lives in San Antonio with his wife, Kim, and their two children.
Sean Reeves
Vice President - Development
Sean is responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of new developments for Fulton Development Group. Prior to joining Fulton in 2015, Sean received his CPA while he was an auditor working for Ernst & Young in San Antonio, Texas. His clients ranged from retail industry companies like HEB to specialized financial subsidiaries of USAA. Sean graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word with a M.S. in Accounting in 2011. Sean lives in San Antonio with his wife, Allison.
Dan Thompson
Controller
Dan is responsible for the accounting and financial oversight for Fulton Development Group. Prior to joining Fulton in 2021, Dan was the Controller for various real estate firms in San Antonio and has experience in residential (multi-family) and commercial (office and retail) segments. He graduated from Texas State University with a Master of Accountancy and is a CPA. Dan lives in San Antonio with his wife, Stevie, and their two children.
Kyle Hartman
Director of Asset Management & Development
Kyle is responsible for financial analysis and underwriting new developments for Fulton development Group. Prior to joining Fulton in 2021, Kyle spent two years working for a nationwide property management company headquartered in his hometown of Grand Rapids, Michigan. There he specialized in portfolio analysis, asset management, and operations for over 5,000 apartment homes. He received his BBA in finance and real estate economics from Grand Valley State University in 2020 and currently resides in San Marcos, Texas.
