Fulton Property Group is seeking acquisition opportunities throughout many targeted submarkets in major Texas metropolitan areas as well as Denver, Colorado. We are seeking well-located class A 10-20 year old garden apartments with over 150 units. We can purchase all-cash or assume existing debt.

Land Acquisitions: 

Preferred Size: 10-30 acres 

Location: Class A suburban submarkets 

Surrounding: close proximity to employment centers, retail and entertainment, and within desired school districts 

Terms:  All-cash or JV with existing land owner
